Last Day of Term 3.

It was Sports' Colours Day on this our last day of the term.  Here we all are on the Prep playground wishing you all a very happy holiday.

Luke was looking very cool as his soccer star!

Reading to Prep A

Three reading groups have been working on their fluency and expression in their reading.  To practice this they read one of our many 'Maisy' books to Miss Fogarty's children.  They did an excellent job, and received high praise from Prep A.

Here are a few shots of their reading.

The Book Parade - great fun for one and all.

All in Prep/1C had a wonderful day at the book parade.  Do ask your child all about it.  After the actual parade they went to four different activities with various teachers.

Meanwhile here are some photos of their great outfits, inspired by characters from books to which they really made a connection.

Ella cast a spell on Carissa as the White Rabbit.

Julian struck a pose as "Evil Boy"!

Jasmine came as a credible Batman.

Eli made a fierce looking pirate.

Good old Luke made a great Wonky Donkey.

Freddie came as a brilliant "Mr Strong".

Don't they all look great?

Aida made a very cute Tinkerbell.

Here she is putting a good spell onto "Evil Boy"!

Reece as Megatron  was under threat from his big sister Amy.

Looking good Reece.

Morgan made a very scary Vampire!

She had us all very worried!

Ellie was such a cute little puppy.

What a great "Cat in the Hat" Georgia made.

A number one favourite is Mem Fox's "Where is the Green Sheep?" and what a great Green Sheep Jed made.

As you see we are set for another great fun filled day!

Ryan was set to challenge Reece!

I hope Ellie and Georgia are safe with Ryan and Reece so close!

How gorgeous are Aida and Amy!

Aida grants Amy's wishes.

Jamie made a great Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle.

Our boys in green!

Looking really good boys!
